Join us and our good friend Michael O’Connell for a class designed for anyone new to wine who wants to learn how to taste and experience wine, how to figure out what wines you like, and how to buy a good bottle. You’ll get a basic education in how wine is made, the mysteries of terroir, and why your taste is the best taste. This class is two-part, one focusing on white wines and one on red wines; you can come to one or both!
